Sun:
We have spent lots of time outdoors, playing games and having fun. Its been nice to relax and let our hair down in the sunshine. The children absolutely loved playing football and splashing in the swimming pool!
Smiles:
Little Ava has turned 8 weeks old this week, and she’s developing so fast we are scared to blink incase we miss something. She has been smiling away at us all at every opportunity, and her smile is captivating, we could spend hours just watching her!
Sleep!
We recently purchased a “Fitbit Charge HR” watch to track our steps and execise. One of the other things it tracks is sleep, which is actually quite interesting when you have a newborn baby that feeds in the night! When we first started tracking we were only managing around 5 hours sleep, so its refreshing to know we are getting more sleep. (even if it doesnt feel like it!)

Oh thats really interesting that it tracks sleep, I remember the newborn days and sometimes it used to feel like I had about 10 minutes sleep! #thisweekiveloved
